The Price of Persistence

If you ask me, if you have air in your lungs, and movement in your body, you are already lucky.

Right there, you have so much to be grateful for. It’s really as simplistic as that.

From these basic functions, you already have privileges beyond belief. There are millions of people that would swap with you in a heartbeat.

But, if you want the financial success, you have to reach a little further than that.

You need to do the work.

Why, because we live in a competitive world.

There is always someone out there, that is willing to pay the price each and every day. If that’s not you, then you should be at least trying to strive to be that person.

The world rewards persistency.

Find me, anybody, that has persistently worked at something, for years and years, to finally end up no succeeding. It just doesn’t exist.

Persistency also rewards the highest price, and it’s also a great teacher.

It teaches you how to stay focused.

In my own life, I remember a time when writing, long pieces of content, was like walking through mud. It was hard to even get the first word out.

Writing, like many other great skills, is not something you wake up with one day. It takes work, consistent, persistent work.

But I am determined to keep getting better.

Whatever skill you want to improve, you should be as determined too. Because persistency is an asset, giving up is a liability.
